Hi! I'm an IT guy and a Physical Education teacher. I created this app because I had enough of the complexity of existing fitness apps. I wanted something simple and straightforward—a way to easily track my fitness progress, health and wellbeing without the hassle of counting calories, worrying about expensive sport gear, or dealing with complex setups. This app is all about making it easy to log what you need and get a quick overview, no unnecessary extras.
